I’m incredibly organized and went into planning my wedding thinking there was no way I needed a coordinator… Wrong! Hiring YWbL single-handedly saved me from becoming a total bridezilla and stressing out on my day rather than having a great time. From start to finish, Lauren and Justine were always a step ahead. They asked me questions that I would have NEVER thought regarding details, timing, preferences, you name it! They are truly wedding experts and will give you their honest opinions based on real life experience on how things can best flow and go together seamlessly. They were always available when I had a question (or a meltdown!) and – most importantly – had the most incredibly positive personalities that made me feel like they had it covered and it would all work out great! They handled communications with all of our vendors leading up to our big day and made sure that all outstanding questions and concerns were addressed. From the early morning on my wedding day, Justine was on top of everything! She showed up to my room like a little ray of sunshine with her binder full of every detail we had gone over. Since I trusted Justine to work her magic, I was able to relax a bit and enjoy getting ready, my first look and spending time with my bridesmaids beforehand, rather than worrying about all of the setup downstairs. We received compliments all night about how great everything was and how sweet + helpful Justine had been - not only for us but for our other vendors, parents, grandparents and guests! I would recommend YWbL in a heartbeat and cannot stress how important it is to have people like Lauren and Justine around to help execute your big day perfectly!
Lauren and Laura were an amazing team. They were both so helpful and organized. Lauren helped so much with the last month before the wedding and eased my mind so much knowing there was someone else. Laura was so sweet and helped with everything the day of the wedding! Best money spent with the wedding!! Love them and would highly recommend!
Lauren and Justine made not only the day of the wedding run without any faults, but also the weeks leading up to it. From the first planning meeting with Lauren, it was evident to me that the wedding was in superbly capable hands. She took over communication with the vendors and confirmed every single moving part of the wedding to create a master schedule, and then check in every step of the way to be sure that everyone was aware of the scheduling and to get live updates on the status of the schedule. Her organization made it simple for us to understand what tasks we had left to do and clearly showed a plan to execute all outstanding items. I wasn't worried about forgetting any details because I knew Lauren had them all handled and would also check all of them with us while adding her experienced suggestions.
On the day of the wedding, Lauren and Justine went beyond my imagination in how proactive, cheerful, helpful, and all around amazing they were.Lauren cued each parent and bridesmaid when to walk down the aisle in the ceremony. Justine communicated with our reception venue and helped set it up while the ceremony was ongoing. At the end of the night, Justine was able to pack up all items and make sure everything we needed to return to us got back to us that evening safely. There was no stress in either getting what we needed to the venue or taking everything back home. Due to Lauren's organization with her pack lists prior to the wedding and Justine's meticulousness, there was nothing in question for us.
Hiring Lauren was our best wedding decision - we can't have imagined our day running so seamlessly without her and her team. Any prospective couples out there should get their dates on Lauren's calendar and rest assured that their day will run perfectly. We had the most magical day, and not once were we concerned about any planning details. Our vendors, bridal party, and guests noted how organized and smooth the event ran, all thanks to YWbL!
